23 July 2025, Kota Kinabalu — Jesselton International officially unveiled The V by Jesselton, a RM1.4 billion integrated waterfront development at Likas Bay, developed in joint venture with Yayasan Sabah. Designed to redefine urban living in Sabah, the project blends premium serviced suites, curated retail spaces, and corporate offices into one vibrant ecosystem.

Jesselton International Sdn Bhd has introduced The V by Jesselton, a new mixed-use development in Likas Bay, Kota Kinabalu, that will occupy a 10-acre coastal site and incorporate residential, commercial and office components. Further details on the project are forthcoming.
