Jesselton International unveils RM1.5b seafront development in Kota Kinabalu

6 November 2025, Jesselton International is set to offer The V by Jesselton, a RM1.5 billion mixed-use waterfront development along the Likas Bay coastline.

According to a press release recently, the project broke ground on Oct 6 and spans 10.04 acres of seafront land gazetted under Lands No S5-2012, ensuring permanent sea views shielded from future reclamation.

Developed in collaboration with Yayasan Sabah, the project comprises four towers and a retail park integrating 1,754 commercial serviced suites, 112 corporate office units and approximately 300 retail shops (across 70 en bloc buildings).
